Your program evolves as you do. We’ll track how you’re feeling, lifting, and moving every week then make targeted adjustments to your plan so you’re always progressing (without overdoing it).

You won’t just follow a plan… you’ll understand it.

The Path

Phase 1: Reset

  • Goal #1: Reduce pain and calm things down

  • Goal #2: Set boundaries and establish the dos and don'ts

  • Learn the band-aid strategies you can use when you flare-up

To start any program, I want to make sure that we have a good handle on exactly what your body can and can't do.

We will start with a 1:1 gameplan call to set the foundation for the whole program.

Phase 2: Restore

  • Goal #1: Return to normal function

  • Goal #2: Progress major functional movements

  • Goal #3: Introduce nutrition and recovery work

This phase is where we start to push things. In phase 1 we allowed your body to calm down and the pain to reduce a little.

Now we will push the training to get your body stronger and more resilient to future issues.

Phase 3: Rebuild

  • Goal #1: Exceed baseline and be better than you were before

  • Goal #2: Sustainability

  • Goal #3: Education so you can be your own coach.

The goal in phase 3 and beyond is to continue building on the foundation that we've set allowing you to set PR's and be stronger than before all while being pain-free.

I also want to make sure you know exactly WHY we are doing what we're doing so that you can be your own coach.

Virtual rehab may be new to you... This section will show you exactly how it works.

The App

Once you're in the program, I will make a customized rehab program for you that will be uploaded into an app on your phone. You will know exactly what exercises to do and be able to leave me feedback directly.

This allows me to make IMMEDIATE edits to the program to make sure that it is completely optimized to you.

Feedback & Accountability

Virtual programs have the advantage of us being able to communicate DAILY. When you finish a workout and whenever you have a question you can send me a direct message. This helps:

  • Us to stay on the same page

  • You know to exactly what's expected of you

  • Me to make updates to the program based on your feedback

To make sure form is correct and you feel confident with the exercises, we will also be doing video check-ins as needed.
