Q: Do I get direct access to Dr. Brad?

A: Yes! Unlike most other coaching programs, where the face of the business disappears and you only see assistant coaches, inside this program, you’ll get direct access to me through:


An initial 1:1 Game Plan Call soon after you join to give you clarity on your rehab plan, your workout program, and a personalized game plan to get results ASAP.

1:1 direct messaging in the app. You can post questions in here 24/7 for support, guidance, and help. I’ll respond to you and answer any questions usually within 12-24 hours.

I’m personally involved in every aspect of the coaching - you’ll never be alone. I have no assistants, no team, no VAs - you get me 100% of the time to help you, support you, and guide you. I’m 100% committed to your success the entire duration of your time inside the program.

Q: “How is this program different from programs I can get for free off the internet or buy for cheap?

A: Cheap or free programs don’t work… you know that, or you wouldn’t be here. Lasting results requires three keys: personalization, coaching, and accountability. Without personalization, you’re stuck with a cookie-cutter plan that ignores your unique lifestyle, challenges, and needs.. so it fails when life gets in the way. Without coaching, you never gain the knowledge and tools to succeed long-term (it’s the difference between being given a fish vs. learning to fish). And without accountability, even the best plan is useless if you don’t follow through.

Q: "I'm worried I won't have time for this. How much time do I need to commit?"

A: I custom design each program around your individual needs, including time! You can get results with just 60 minutes of exercise per week (3 x 20-minute sessions), Most members actually report SAVING time once they have an entire system laid out for them instead of spending hours trying to figure out what to do.

Q: "I have ongoing health issues/injuries. Can I still do this program?"

A: Absolutely. I work with people who have various health conditions, including thyroid issues, joint problems, and other chronic conditions. On our initial 1:1 call, we'll discuss any limitations you have and adjust your plan accordingly. 

Q: "How soon will I see results?"

A: While everyone's body responds differently, most people will notice changes in how they feel and move within just 2-3 weeks. More significant changes typically happen within 4-6 weeks as you continue to build up stronger tissues. Remember, this isn't about quick fixes - it's about creating lasting change that continues long after your time with us ends.


Q: "What if I go on holiday or have a busy period at work?"

A: Real life happens! That's why I build flexibility into your plan from day one. I'll show you exactly how to navigate social events, holidays, and busy periods without derailing your progress. This isn't about being perfect.. it's about having strategies that work in the real world, no matter what life throws at you.

Q: "What happens if I want to cancel?"

A: There's no long-term contract.. you pay weekly and can cancel anytime. If you decide it's not for you, you simply let us know and we'll cancel your membership - no hassle, no hard feelings.

Q: "I'm not tech-savvy. Is the program complicated to use?"


A: I've designed everything to be super user-friendly, even if you're not comfortable with technology. Our chat works just like regular messaging, the meal planner is intuitive, and all workout videos include detailed instructions. Plus, I’m always available to help if you ever get stuck!

Q: "What if I've never exercised before? Will I be able to do the workouts?"

A: Because everything is personalized, we will find the perfect entry point for you. We’ll start with simple movements and gradually progress as your strength and confidence build. Every exercise comes with clear demonstrations and modifications, so you can always find a version that works for you. Many of my most successful members started with no exercise experience!

Q: "Do I need special equipment or a gym membership?"

A: Not at all! I built this business during COVID lockdowns when no one had anything, so I’m used to that.. As you progress, you might choose to add a few small items like dumbbells, but these are optional.

Q: "Will I get personal attention, or is this just a generic program?"

A: You'll receive personalized support throughout your journey. From your initial 1:1 call where I’ll create your custom plan, to ongoing coaching, you're never just a number. I’ll always know you by name, understand your specific challenges, and tailor my advice to YOUR body and lifestyle.

Q: What if I can't afford it right now?

A: I understand it can be scary investing into a coaching program, especially if you never have before.

But what most people don’t consider is the cost of inaction… Meaning, what is it costing you to NOT have the help and support you need to reach your goals?

  • Health? 

  • Time?

  • Happiness?

  • Missed memories or experiences?

  • Frustrations?

  • Risk?

These are the things we really need to take into consideration when weighing the decision. And you’re not alone with these concerns. Most of my best clients had financial concerns before they joined too.. but they realized the cost of inaction was worse. So here’s how they found the funds to make the investment and join, but cutting back expenses in these categories:

  • Fast Food

  • Alcohol

  • Starbucks (or expensive coffees in general

  • Tobacco

  • Entertainment

  • Restaurants

These areas are intentional choices, because often, my clients find that their spending in a lot of these areas actually hurts their progress and gets in the way of their goals anyway… So it only makes sense to cut it out and reinvest towards the help they need.


Q. What happens if I implement everything and don't see results?

A: While this is extremely rare given the proven systems and track record with the 800+ clients I’ve helped over the past 7 years, I understand your concern. Ultimately, pain is very complex and can be unpredictable at times.

If you're actively implementing the full plan I’ll give you and not seeing the results you expected, I’m not going to abandon you. Instead, I’ll double down on support:

  • I'll review everything you're doing each week (activity, food, habits, etc)

  • I’ll deep dive on your plan and see what we need to adjust, even if the program needs a full makeover.

  • I'll connect you with other members who have overcome similar challenges

My commitment is to your success, and I have a vested interest in ensuring every member achieves meaningful results. The system works when implemented correctly, so I'll work with you to make the necessary adjustments until you see progress.

Many of the biggest success stories came from members who initially struggled but stuck with the process and made breakthroughs with my continued support.

But, with all that said, it’s also on you to come to me when you’re stuck. I expect you to run TO me, not away from me, if you’re struggling. I can’t help you if you don’t let me know what’s going on or if there is a problem. You’ll have access to me the entire time in the program… there’s no limit to your support, but you’ve got to use it if you want results.
